This is a small business website, and this policy is short on purpose. I collect only what I need to help you, and I don't sell anything about you to anyone.
When you contact me. If you fill out the form, I receive your name, email, phone number, what you're interested in, and whatever you write. I use it to reply to you and to help with your move. That's it.
When you browse. This site uses Google Analytics, which places a cookie in your browser and tells me things like which pages get read and roughly what region visitors come from. It's aggregate — I can't see who you are. If you'd rather not be counted, you can install Google's opt-out add-on or block cookies in your browser settings.
I don't sell, rent, or trade your information. I don't add you to a mailing list because you filled out a form. I don't run advertising trackers on this site.
Only where the work requires it. If you become a client, the people involved in your transaction — my brokerage, a lender, a title company, an inspector — may need relevant details. I also use ordinary business services (email, web hosting, analytics) that process data on my behalf.
Sold data shown here comes from the RealTracs multiple listing service and public records. It's believed accurate but not guaranteed, and it may not be complete or current.
Ask me to delete what I have about you and I will, unless a law or an active transaction requires me to keep it. Just email or call.
